Key topics include Understanding Extremism, Root Causes and Vulnerabilities, Promoting Critical Thinking, Community Engagement, Digital Literacy and Online Safety, Effective Communication, and championing the Role of Youth Activism.

Gratitude Kitchen

We regularly offer nourishing and comforting meals to both our dedicated volunteers and the individuals we serve. Our communal gatherings provide a space where people can come together, forge connections, and relish each other’s company while sharing a meal. This heartfelt tradition embodies the spirit of community, fostering a sense of belonging and support for all.

Yalda Night

Inspired celebrated Yalda Night with warmth and enthusiasm, uniting community members in a joyous celebration of light and togetherness. Yalda Night, also known as Shab-e Yalda, is an ancient Iranian festival observed on the longest night of the year, symbolizing the arrival of winter and the victory of light over darkness. Through our celebration, we not only honoured tradition but also fortified the bonds that unite us as a community, illuminating the path ahead with hope and solidarity.

Celebrating Christmas

Our charity’s Christmas initiative was met with enthusiasm and open arms, providing a beautiful opportunity to embrace the spirit of joy, love, and togetherness. As the day approached, anticipation filled the air, and volunteers worked tirelessly to create a festive atmosphere. The venue transformed into a wonderland, enchanting all who entered with shimmering lights and magical decorations. Live music and performances resonated with the essence of the season, while diverse culinary delights satisfied every palate. Amidst the festivities, a sense of unity transcended differences, emphasizing the universal values of love and kindness. The celebration left lasting memories of joy and fellowship, symbolizing inclusivity and compassion within our community.

Persian New Year

Haftdin is the Persian New Year’s decoration. We put seven items on the table of Haftsin, each representing aspects of life. The Persian New Year coincides with the beginning of Spring, and it's all about new life and new ways of living with prosperity and happiness.

Celebrating Iftar

Amidst a world often divided by sectarianism and discord, gatherings like this served as a powerful reminder of our common humanity and the importance of unity. As the call to prayer echoed through the room, there was a palpable sense of anticipation and gratitude. Plates were passed around, filled with an array of delicious dishes lovingly prepared by members of the community. But it was not just about the food; it was about the act of sharing, of coming together to nourish both body and soul. Esteemed Muslim and Christian scholars shared their wisdom and insights throughout the evening, emphasizing the shared values of love, compassion, and solidarity inherent in both faith traditions. Their words served as a beacon of guidance, reminding us of the importance of rejecting extremism and embracing the authentic teachings of peace and tolerance.
